Operator and scope

TheVFO is operated by Insiders Only Club Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, through the Own The Algo brand. These terms govern thevfo.com, paid VFO memberships, the From Hustle to Heritage Masterclass, and participation in the Subscriber, Ambassador, Pro, and Team experiences.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and payment information. Your account is personal to you unless TheVFO approves a different arrangement in writing.

Education and independent-professional boundary

TheVFO provides educational content, workflow tools, community infrastructure, and introductions. It does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

VFO Pros are independent professionals who may teach within their verified scope. A member may independently request information from a Pro. Any later professional relationship, advice, engagement, fee, or service contract is solely between that member and the Pro and is not a TheVFO service.

Offers, prices, and access

The launch catalog contains four offers in U.S. dollars: Foundation at $297 per month for a three-month pathway; Builder at $497 per month for a six-month pathway; Architect at $997 per month for up to a twelve-month pathway; and From Hustle to Heritage — The Masterclass at $697 as a one-time purchase. There is no free trial.

Subscription access begins after Stripe confirms the initial payment and continues while the subscription is paid and active, subject to the stated pathway limit. Masterclass access begins after confirmed payment and is not a recurring subscription. Features are those shown at checkout and may evolve without removing access already earned for a paid period.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Stripe processes payments. Subscription charges recur monthly until you cancel or the stated pathway ends. You may cancel before the next renewal by contacting support@ownthealgo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access remains available through that period unless the account is suspended for misuse or payment failure.

You may request a refund of an initial purchase within seven calendar days of that purchase. After that window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where TheVFO confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. A refund may end the corresponding access. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Taxes

Displayed prices do not include taxes unless checkout says otherwise. TheVFO will calculate and collect applicable transaction taxes only where its payment configuration and active registrations require collection. You remain responsible for taxes or reporting obligations imposed directly on you. TheVFO will not represent Stripe Tax as active until the applicable live registration and product-tax treatment have been verified.

Ambassador attribution

If you arrive through an approved Ambassador referral, TheVFO may record that attribution and compensate the Ambassador from TheVFO revenue. This does not increase your listed price or make the Ambassador your financial, legal, or investment adviser. Self-referrals, inaccurate claims, and unapproved promotions are prohibited.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use member materials for your own internal educational and planning purposes. You may not resell access, share credentials, publish protected materials, scrape private areas, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use TheVFO to violate law or another person's rights. TheVFO and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, curriculum, branding, and protected materials.

Availability and responsibility

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. TheVFO does not guarantee a financial, legal, tax, investment, business, or wealth outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheVFO disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid TheVFO during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

Changes, governing law, and contact

These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Material changes affecting price, cancellation, refunds, data use, or member rights will be posted with a revised effective date and communicated when required.
